The weather turned cooler and we originally planned to eat at Kumamoto, but then we passed by Hachibai Diverse Hotpot and suddenly discovered there were cats inside the store!!! We immediately changed our destination. At first, I was a bit worried about the place after seeing the decoration and prices, but I went in with the mindset of visiting a cat café.

It's located at the intersection of Zhenxing Road and Nanda Road. There are plenty of motorcycle parking spaces nearby, but it's not easy to park if you're in a car, so it's better to ride.

As soon as we entered, the staff saw us looking at the cats and enthusiastically introduced them to us. There are three cats and one dog. The staff guided the cats to interact with us ❤️. After we sat down, a cat also jumped onto the empty chair next to us and would occasionally walk around to accompany us while eating.

Upon hearing it was our first time there, the staff gave us a detailed introduction to the menu and passionately recommended their signature dishes. Interestingly, the owner is from Hong Kong, so some Hong Kong-style dishes have been slightly adjusted for Taiwan. So, we decided to try them out.

There's a self-service bar with cold drinks, a soda machine, hot drinks, ice cream, and rice.

Garlic Clam Chicken Pot $348: At first, I was afraid the garlic flavor would be strong, but it wasn't at all. The flavor may have been overshadowed by the clams. The staff noted that due to the recent weather, clams are smaller and more expensive, but the number (or weight) they provide is the same. We got almost 20 clams (a lot), with 5 or 6 pieces of chicken, which were tender.

Hong Kong Style Pot $348: It had a mild spiciness. Initially, it was a dry pot with seasonings prepared inside, and the staff helped cook it. Afterward, the staff added chicken and king oyster mushrooms, saying you can add soup and cook vegetables after finishing the initial dish. The spicy fragrance was sufficient, and it was the first time eating like this. If you like spicy food, you should try it.

French Toast $85: Fried to a golden crisp, with peanut butter in the middle. If you find it not sweet enough, you can tell the staff, but I found it just right, not too greasy or oily.

Because the cats were there, the food did not disappoint. If you're concerned about pets, it might not be recommended. Although they don't touch the tableware or soda machine, there will still be traces of cats in the air.
