I'm curious how they got the proportions just right. A little too much is too rich, and a little too little is too light—it's just perfect.
(Although I can't rule out that vanilla ice cream just tastes amazing with anything! 🥹)

The Basque cheesecake was just average, a regular delicious cake with a moist texture. A small piece of dried fruit tasted a bit bitter, which added a different flavor when eaten with the cake.
However, I think the cake paired with the vanilla ice cream latte was quite nice! 👌🏻
