# Tucheng Yongning
This carbon-grilled toast brunch is located at Exit 4 of Yongning MRT Station.
There are ready-made sandwiches available right in front of the counter, making it convenient for busy office workers or students to grab something on the go.
However, if time allows, I would recommend ordering the freshly made carbon-grilled toast.

Today, I ordered the Vitality Meat and Egg Toast.
After placing my order at the counter, I saw the owner immediately start to grill the toast.
I prefer the flavor of carbon-grilled toast over pressed toast; it feels like the heat is just right, quickly toasting the surface to a slight char while keeping the middle soft.
The meat in the egg toast has a texture reminiscent of pork ribs and is thick enough to show some effort.
The edges of the meat are crispy, and even the thickest part isn't dry.
The egg is scrambled and folded, resulting in a very soft and tender texture, without the dryness often found in fried eggs.
The entire dish isn't overly seasoned, just with a touch of mayonnaise.
You can taste the smoky flavor from the carbon-grilled toast, the seasoning of the meat, and the fragrance of the egg; overall, I think it's great.

For the drink, I ordered milk tea, which I found to be a bit too sweet.
It would be better if they could add some ice.

The dining environment is simple, but there is air conditioning, making it relatively comfortable.
The only downside is that the indoor space has a bit of an oily smell.
Improving the oil smoke issue would make it even better.
