-Business Lunch-French Lamb Shoulder Chops with Roasted Garlic Spice Cream-690-The lamb chops are large and small, both bone-in and bone-in, about 8 minutes cooked. Personally, I think the ribs are too much and not very chewy. The seasoning is mainly butter and garlic. Mainly, it's not particularly impressive. The side dishes are a roasted sweet potato and a corn shoot. There is a lot of oil on the plate. Wouldn't consider ordering again.

Salad bar - the lettuce section provides common lettuce, but they are all considered fresh.
-Taro- is a mixture of taro chunks and taro puree. The taro puree is very dense and fine, but it does not taste like pure taro puree but also has a bit more coconut milk flavor. The taro pieces taste soft and not dry.
-Egg Salad-My favorite thing from the salad bar today. The egg whites inside are cut into slices and are very soft and tender. The salad dressing is smooth and peppery, with a little herb flavor, but it doesn't make people feel cloying, just like the other ones in the market. The dressing on egg salad is very different
-Grilled eggplant-The eggplant is soft and tender, with the main flavor of eggplant juice, aroma of herbs, and a little bit of minced meat.
-Lemon white cauliflower-It is pickled white cauliflower. It tastes very crispy, has a very obvious sweetness and sourness, and is quite appetizing.

-French bread-about twice the size of a regular meal bag. It will be baked and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and there is a layer of garlic butter on the inside, which has a good aroma!

-Seafood soup-I don’t recommend this one. The soup has a grainy texture. The soup itself has no seafood flavor and no seasoning. The seafood ingredients should be added separately, including a shrimp, scallops and minced fish. Vegetables include cubed celery and carrots

-Black coffee-the performance is quite satisfactory, not sour or bitter, a small cup full
