This noodle shop is located on Huayin Street, next to Taipei Bus Station. Although the store looks dated, the environment is quite neat and clean. Several regulars visited during the meal, and you can feel that the owner is very friendly. A noodle shop with a human touch
Small bowl of sesame paste noodles $55
The noodles are made of thin noodles, which are a bit soft. When they were served, I felt that the bowl of noodles seemed a bit wet. However, after a while, the sesame sauce was immediately absorbed into the noodles. The noodles were quite tasty, and the sesame sauce flavor was very fragrant. There was no trace of it in the first bite. It’s amazing, but the more you eat, the better it tastes. It’s not enough after eating it.
Wonton soup $50
There are 8 wontons in total. They are freshly made. They are the type of wontons with slippery skin and delicate fillings, so they are very fragile and easy to break. But I don’t mind if they break. As long as they are delicious, these wontons are really good. It's delicious, and the peppery aroma hits your nose as soon as you take it into your mouth.
Maybe it’s because of the addition of fried scallions, but the whole bowl of soup is also very flavorful, and there are some green vegetables in it, which is great!
Dried tofu $15
I wanted to have a side dish with it, but the three pieces of dried tofu were more than I expected. The CP value is very high, so I recommend it!
(There are chili and bean paste in the cabinet nearby for you to pick up)
Overall, the main dishes, side dishes, and soups are all delicious, and it is very filling for only $120. It is a home-style restaurant that will make people want to eat there from time to time. I recommend it to everyone~
