This Mos burger is located in the basement level of the Shin Kong Wu Ho-Su Memorial Hospital food court. I happened to see that they recently launched a new “Super Barley Energy Wagyu Pearl Burger” and thought I’d give it a try. I was shocked by how disappointing it was and would suggest everyone avoid ordering this one.

🔹 Super Barley Energy Wagyu Pearl Burger:
The staff mentioned that the wagyu is a large piece, and it indeed is quite big, but it tastes just like regular burger meat. I even encountered some tendon, which compromised the texture. The rice burger is pretty much the same as other items, with nothing special about it. The most disappointing aspect was the sauce, which they provided in very small quantities—there wasn’t much flavor, and it didn't pair well with the wagyu slices. The vegetables were just a tiny slice, merely for decoration, and added no real texture. The most notable item was definitely the egg!
🔹 Sweet Potato Fries:
This was my first experience with sweet potato fries that were over-fried. They had a very deep color and were quite dry, with the edges having a slight burnt taste. I’m not sure if the staff fried them for too long, or if Mos’s sweet potato fries are typically like this.
🔹 Iced Black Tea:
To be a bit healthier, I chose the unsweetened version and asked the staff to add lemon slices. When I was drinking it, I couldn’t really taste the lemon, only near the end did I realize there was lemon, and it was just a tiny slice! XD
▶️ Environment
🔹 It’s in the hospital food court, with communal seating for dining.
🔹 There are staff members who come to clean up after meals.
▶️ Helpful Reminder
🔹 It’s suggested to find a seat first and then order, as you will receive a vibrating number card.
🔹 If you want lemon slices in the iced black tea, you can inform the staff when ordering.
🔹 You can pay using LINE Pay or an EasyCard.
▶️ Overall Evaluation
🔹 Although Mos is a chain, the quality of meals can vary from location to location. Some of the newly launched burgers are not recommended due to their high prices and questionable taste. Personally, I still highly recommend Mos’s chicken nuggets, but after trying the sweet potato fries this time, I won’t dare to try them again.
