The Starlight KTV located on Songshan Road is an affordable and joyful venue that people love to visit repeatedly. It’s not only the go-to choice for singing and gatherings, but the food is also above average. I often come here with friends to sing at the top of our lungs and enjoy a hearty meal and drinks, making the overall experience very enjoyable.
The "Golden Crispy Platter" is a popular choice, featuring chicken nuggets, chicken balls, French fries, sweet potato cakes, squid balls, and onion rings, essentially covering all classic fried foods. The cooking is just right, with a crispy exterior and tender inside, making it delightful to eat without being greasy. Each portion is generous and offers a variety of textures, so even by the time you finish a plate, you won’t feel bored with it. However, since the KTV rooms are quite cool due to strong AC, combined with the leisurely pace of chatting and singing, the food can get cold easily. It’s best to dig in as soon as it’s served to fully enjoy the crispy texture.
The "Fresh Shrimp Dumplings" are small yet sincere, each dumpling has a thin skin and plenty of filling. Besides the fresh shrimp, there’s a hint of pepper aroma, with seasoning that’s just right and not overly salty. They taste even better with the accompanying dumpling soy sauce, and like before, it’s recommended to enjoy them hot.
The "Golden Crispy French Fries" are the perfect munchies for singing while eating. They are golden, crispy, and pleasantly salty, making them impossible to stop eating. They pair well with beverages or beer.

Each private room has its own independent restroom, so you don’t have to frequently leave the room to queue or share a bathroom, which is incredibly convenient! Everyone can use the space freely without any interruptions, significantly enhancing overall privacy and comfort.
Compared to the first floor, I prefer the design of the rooms on the second floor: the tables and chairs are raised, offering a more open visual and spatial feel. They are also more comfortable to sit in, whether eating or singing for long periods, so you don’t feel tired, allowing you to relax and immerse yourself in the singing atmosphere.
